Yet the United States cannot produce many of the minerals it needs, energy demand is outpacing grid capacity, and key supply chains remain vulnerable. These are not separate challenges. Quantum Alliance brings together investors, operators, researchers, and policymakers focused on rebuilding these foundations. We identify critical bottlenecks, connect stakeholders across sectors, and help accelerate the capital and partnerships needed to strengthen America's industrial base.





Q Fellows is a 10-week applied research and entrepreneurship program that mobilizes exceptional Harvard students to identify emerging opportunities across critical minerals, energy, manufacturing, and strategic supply chains. Fellows run problem discovery and validation research, conduct stakeholder interviews, iterate rapidly through solutions, meet weekly with mentors and advisors, and present findings to the full cohort. You take ownership of your own project and take out what you put in.
